HealthAtHand Shopping List Help

The Shopping list is a simple reminder of the items you need to pick up the next time you are out at the Super Market.

You add entries to the shopping list in two ways.  The first is to simply type the item name in the shopping list edit field and click the Add button.

Up to 50 characters can be saved to the shopping list database.  If you have the AutoPID option enabled when you access the edit filed the soft keyboard will popup.  Note that you may also hit the return key on the keyboard to add the data in the edit field.

You may also add an ingredient from any of the other HealthAtHand panels to the shopping list by holding the stylus down and selecting the Place Ingredient on Shopping List option.

All items are added to the list and sorted by name.

Once an item has been placed on the shopping list you have three operations you can perform on that entry.

By holding the stylus down on the shopping list entry you will be presented with the following menu.

Remove Selected Entry

This will permanently remove the item from the shopping list.  You may also use the Remove Item button on the bottom of the form.

Clear List

This will erase the entire shopping list.

Mark Selection

You can mark a selection by clicking the stylus on the small circle next to the item text.  All marked entries are moved to the end of the list.

UnMark Selection

This will remove the mark from the item.  The unmarked item will move back into the main list sorted by the name.
