NutritionAtHand is the ultimate nutritional database for the Pocket PC.  It boasts over 10,700 food items.

 

Each food item lists the following nutritional information.

  • Carbohydrates

  • Sugar
  • Saturated Fat
  • Monounsaturated Fat
  • Polyunsaturated Fat

We use a  proprietary database system  that uses only 1.5 meg for the entire 10,700 entries.  This data base is so fast that you can scroll from the top to the bottom un a couple of seconds even on slower 200 MHz devices.

 

The NutritionAtHand interface is so simple that only a single form is needed to access over 10,700 food items.
